A small business with some very big ideas!

Cursions Pty Ltd is a small Australian company owned and developed by Travis Lee and Karly Chan.

Together, we have spent almost fifteen years working in the Victorian education sector, and in that time have taught within the education system as teachers, but also as education officers for a wide variety of service providers, teaching everything from Outdoor Education to Science to History to Geography.

During this time we have seen firsthand the increasing frustration felt by many teachers trying to find the best educational opportunities for their students. We also saw how this was matched by an inability by many providers to successfully advertise their products to schools. Having identified a big gap in the market, we looked around at the technology available, decided upon CDs as an advertising medium, and Cursions was born!

It has been a long journey - talking extensively with both teachers and service providers - but a rewarding one, and after more than two years of research, development, testing and redevelopment (not to mention many sleepless nights!), we have pulled together what we believe is the best educational resource that Australia has ever seen.

We are very excited that after so much hard work Cursions 2008 is now a reality and we hope you join us in what promises to change the way that teachers choose quality service providers for their students – forever.
